Our services

We provide event management, styling, coordination and professional training. Each engagement is governed by a separate written agreement and quote detailing scope, timelines and fees.

Bookings and payments

• A deposit is required to secure a date or course seat.
• Payment schedules are outlined in your individual quote or enrolment confirmation.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable once vendors or materials are committed.

Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set out in your service agreement. Please notify us as early as possible so we can advise on any applicable charges.

Intellectual property

All content, designs, photographs and materials on this website are the property of Ovation's Glam and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

While we take great care in delivering our services, Ovation's Glam is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to venue issues, force majeure or third-party vendor failures.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
